  Your complimentary auto rental is arranged with our partners AVIS. For bookings in Deluxe Kings or One Bedroom Suites, you can enjoy a 4-Door Daihatsu Charade (see details at Avis Rent a Car Providenciales). For Reservations for 'two bedroom plus king lockout' or our 'three-bedroom suite', we'll include a minivan from Grace Bay Car Rentals. The AVIS rental desk is right at the airport, so after you exit the main baggage area, you go straight to the desk to collect your rental, sign the paper work, and use the driving directions to drive yourself to Leeward Resort! (and save yourself airport taxi fare as well)

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

• For travel between April 14 to December 18 where there are discounts offered, a non-refundable 50% desposit is required to secure reservations; balance is due upon arrival; dates changes can be made if required.
• 50% deposit required to secure reservations. The deposit will be refunded in full if a cancellation is made 28 days from the planned arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled less than 28 days before arrival, or does not show up at the property, the deposit is not be refundable.  HOLIDAY SEASON POLICY:  For travel between December 19 to January 3, 50% deposit is required to confirm and the deposit is forfeit if cancellation is after October 1, 2011.
